Video Tutorial - Energy Recycling - how to not lose precious energy when you are angry

In this video tutorial I teach the Energy Recycling Movement. It is one of the five sacred movements of the "Lift me!" ascension techniques. It is useful in situations where you feel and think your unhappiness is someone else's doing. The exercise helps you to take responsibility for your own energy and recycles any energy you yourself have invested in the dynamic that has been created with this person or group of people. This video is especially helpful if you have learned the technique in one of my in-person workshops and need a reminder now and then.
